Our Team
Thaddeus Yeargain
After 20 years of working at some of the region’s leading construction companies and managing over $400 million in construction projects, Thaddeus made the decision to found Blackhawk Construction in order to offer clients a better project experience with a range of site utility, concrete, and general construction projects.
He leads his team with experience in estimating, project and budget management, and on-site and civil/municipality projects.
Thad’s comprehensive resume includes a B.S. Degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University and experience working in a variety of industries with varying project budgets including private, public and tribal developments.
SUPERINTENDENT
Philip Schumacher
Philip is a self-motivated professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Philip has experience managing multiple large-scale projects. A highly organized individual, Philip is an excellent asset to the Blackhawk team with his ability to maintain strict deadlines within a fast-track project.
UTILITIES PROJECT MANAGER
Lance McCombs
Lance brings more than 35 years of experience in utilities estimating and project management to the Blackhawk team. His knowledge about site utilities and plumbing is unmatched. His experience includes managing domestic and fire lines, sanitary sewer, hydronic piping and more for industrial, IDP and commercial clients.
