Our Services

Blackhawk’s site utility and commercial construction firm provides the following to clients: concrete, earthwork, site utilities, retaining walls, masonry, wood framing, roofing, painting and flooring.

By performing all or most of these services ourselves (rather than subcontracting with a third party) we’re able to control the quality of our work and help ensure our projects are completed quickly and within budget.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Pre-construction services include the planning and budgeting that happen on a project before construction begins. The purpose of pre-construction is to help ensure a client’s vision line up with the budget available for their project, offering more cost-effective solutions if necessary, and that the construction plans are effective on the given site.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

When hired for construction management, Blackhawk Construction provides a variety of services including bids, scheduling, and administration of the construction process. Construction management essentially combines pre-construction services with general contracting to help control project duration and ensure the owner’s expectations are met.
